Pate Swap Meet

  • Texas Motor Speedway 3545 Lone Star Circle Fort Worth, TX, 76177 United States (map)

The Pate Swap Meet originated in 1972 as the South Central Swap Meet, founded by car clubs in Texas seeking to establish a local event instead of traveling to Hershey, Pennsylvania. Named in honor of Dr. Aggie Pate, the event began with 350 vendors under trees near the Pate Museum of Transportation. Now hosted at Texas Motor Speedway since 1998, it is organized by 12 vintage car clubs and has grown to become the largest event of its kind in the Southwest, featuring over 4,000 vendors and 13,000 spaces.

Let’s meet up at 10:00 AM to explore a treasure trove of fantastic finds! At 12:00 PM we’ll head to Hard Eight BBQ (205 S. Oak Street, Roanoke, TX 76262) for lunch.

Hope to see you there!
